Adult events

Our range of adult events are your perfect opportunity to meet up and connect with likeminded people around a shared interest.  Events can include talks from visiting authors, lectures on local history, social connecting groups, digital support and adult learning courses.

Language Cafés

Aimed at intermediate and advanced language learners who want to improve fluency in Italian, Spanish and French, these informal monthly gatherings provide a relaxed environment within which to practice your language skills.

It’s free to take part and you don’t need to pre-book!

  • French and Spanish – Every Monday 10:00am-12:00pm
  • Italian – Last Tuesday of every month - 10:30-12:30pm
  • Russian – Second Thursday of every month -7:00pm-8:30pm

Health Walk Group

Meeting outside The Hive entrance every Wednesday from 10:30am, the Health Walk group offer two walks (long and short) taking in local Worcester scenery. Most walks are on flat ground but can include slopes and some steps so please wear sensible shoes.  Walks take approximately 1 hour and usually finish with coffee at a local café. Walks are free of charge and you don’t need to pre-book.

In-house Adult Learning

IT Support

Our Digital Champions are available Monday – Friday 10-3pm to help with your basic IT queries and accessing support services using a computer. This can include things such as online Blue Badge applications, using BorrowBox or downloading an app to your phone. Support is free and you can book an appointment by ringing the Worcestershire Hub 01905 765 765 or come in and talk to a member of staff.
